2.1.2. File search box

File search box allows to find files in UFS Explorer by file name or file extension.

For more convenience file search is available as quick and advanced file search.

To start quick file search insert file name or file extension or both into File search box (upper-right box in File system explorer view) and press the button at the box end or press Enter. The software will search for indicated file(s) in the current folder and its sub-folders.

Advanced file search box is activated with “Cntrl” + “F” keyboard shortcut that opens Advanced file search box allowing to set file search parameters. The software will search for indicated file(s) in the directory indicated in Search in box.
