3. Recover files and folders

UFS Explorer software application works with a file system of the selected partition to find deleted or damaged files and folders and virtually reconstruct them.

After file system of the selected partition is detected or reconstructed you may proceed to data recovery from the partition.

UFS Explorer suggests separate recovery schemes for NTFS, FAT, FAT32, SGI XFS file systems, UFS, UFS (big-endian), Ext2/3, ReiserFS, HFS+ file systems, and partitions with not-detected file system.

3.1. Search for deleted files and folders for NTFS, FAT, FAT32, SGI XFS file systems
3.2. Find lost or deleted files and folders for UFS, UFS (big-endian), Ext2/3, ReiserFS, HFS+ file systems
3.3. File search with “No file system”
